Account Deletion Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Upon receipt of your request, we will process the deletion of your account in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), provided that certain conditions are met.
Conditions for Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account if you no longer wish to use our services.
We will retain certain personal data as required by law, for legal purposes, or for legitimate business interests.
Your request for deletion will be processed within one month of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by an additional two months. You will be notified if an extension is needed.
Verification of Identity
To ensure the security of your account and prevent unauthorised deletion, we may confirm your request with the primary contact for Pitch Pocket in your organisation, or request additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Consequences of Account Deletion
Please note that once your account is deleted, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased, and this action cannot be undone.
Retention of Data
Certain data may be retained by us for purposes such as legal obligations, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes. For example, we may retain certain data in order to comply with accounting or financial reporting laws.
